Phew! five stars, no less, no less, no less. This was a wonderful experience, from beginning to end, from the salad, to the wagyu, to the rolls, to the mochi: it was an explosion of meticulously mixed flavors, especially the outer crunchiness but inner softness of the rolls and the citric passion of the yellowtail temaki. It was great, it was fun. I loved the service on the bar, first because the staff is insanely polite, second because at any given time, the moment you put something empty, it is instantly refilled, and third because it's quite cool watching the food being prepared and then handed out as soon as it's done. The atmosphere was nice and particularly cozy, since usually on a bar, the stools tend to be quite annoying to sit on, though not here. Also, side note to whoever decorated the upper left corner with Daft Punk's Japanese edition of Discovery, I like you, you have taste.

One of the best ‘sushi’ experiences we have ever had, the food was absolutely incredible, the freshness and quality is superb. The team were lovely and super helpful. Would highly highly recommend when visiting Paris!

Made a reservation online for one and really enjoyed my dinner here. I had the miso soup. 5 of the hand rolls (I should have done less) it was a lot. But everything was delicious! The service was great and friendly.
